Quality and safety

In the Fidelinka AD company, within which Fidelinka Skrob doo operated, the management system according to the ISO 9001 standard was certified in 1998, and the HACCP system was certified in 2006. The certification was carried out by the Austrian certification company OQS, and since 2010, the certification has been carried out by the German certification company TÜV Rheinland.

Today, Fidelinka Skrob, in addition to the certified management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and the HACCP system, owns certificates of Halal standards since 2018, Kosher standards since 2020 and IFS Food version 8 since 2024.

Health safety tests of Fidelinka Skrob products are carried out in authorized laboratories and confirm the quality and safety parameters established by legal regulations and internal standards, and thus the functioning of the implemented management system.

Laboratory

Fidelinka Skrob has its own laboratory, which is equipped to perform over 70 types of analysis. The laboratory also participates in inter-laboratory comparisons of testing of raw materials and products with the Scientific Institute of Food Technology in Novi Sad and SP laboratory, Becej.

Tests and monitoring of the quality of incoming raw materials, packaging, intermediate products and final products are carried out daily or as needed. In the laboratory, the quality of about 30,000 different test parameters is checked annually.

In cooperation with the Scientific Institute of Food Technology from Novi Sad, a modified laboratory method was developed for determining the content of wet and dry gluten according to Perten intended for the starch and gluten industry. In cooperation with the institute in Japan, new syntheses and laboratory methods were developed for evaluating the rheological properties of modified gluten, and with the institute in Australia for modified starch.
